Scored not on luxury but value for money. Tired decor but it is a budget hotel that allows dogs and it was clean and comfortable. We were going to a nearby dog show and it was ideal. Good Parking. Food choices nearby a bit limited but very adequate and with a car you could go further afield. There is plenty of other eateries a very short car journey away. Very happy I could take the dog in the room. Lovely friendly staff. For the price we couldn't ask for more really. Be aware though if bringing a crate in for your dog ask for a ground floor room as the lift is quite tight. Not the hotel fault though and we will ask for a ground floor room next time.

I was not expecting a lot as this is a budget hotel but I was pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness of the room and the small touches like the hairdryer is on the wall next the mirror. I've stayed in more expensive hotels and had to hunt for the hairdryer and find a convenient plug. The bed was comfortable and the room was very spacious Breakfast was good, they had what I liked. There was full english and pastries Staff were very friendly and very helpful Wifi worked well and was included in the price, unlike Travelodge, so much easier

Great location for us as I had back surgery at Barlborough Hospital which is 2 minutes down the road. Husband ate at the Harvester on the complex. Very comfortable beds, generous sized double room and very quiet. Room was clean and tidy, a little tired around the edges but we didn’t have to pay a lot for a 2 night stay. Free parking on site too. Staff were welcoming and will not only be recommending but will use again when in the area. This is our second stay now. Also a very large garden centre close by 👍😃

The staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. They were great with our little one. It was a spur of the moment booking and was a comfortable night's sleep. Good substancial breakfast, well cooked and presented. We felt safe given you need a swipe card to access the lift/rooms. Free parking, and lots of it. Basic facilities at the hotel as you'd expect for the price, but clean, in good condition throughout and friendly. Thanks.

Practically located right by the M1, meaning I could drive North and simply turn off the road and get into a comfortable bed without fussing in finding a place to stay after my long drive and long working day. No frills but perfectly adequate. Good value too with an ample breakfast too. The reception staff were friendly and helpful too.
